Fieldcrest High School Counseling Department Mission Statement
The mission of the Fieldcrest High School Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive school counseling program that will assist all students in entering into and engaging in the skills, knowledge and attitudes needed to become effective students, responsible citizens, productive workers and lifelong learners. The Comprehensive School Counseling Program is an integral part of the school's total program with a commitment to individuality, an understanding of multicultural diversity and the maximum development of human potential in order for each student to feel as if they belong to the Fieldcrest High School Community. The personal/social, educational and career needs of all students are addressed, with the ultimate goal focused on the students graduating with the competencies necessary to be able to make self-directed, realistic and responsible decisions while being successful contributors to society.
